My name is Robyn Whitmore. Fun fact: I graduated from Kuna High School! I'm thrilled to be back to my roots. I also graduated from Boise State University with a degree in music, with vocal and violin emphasis.

During my time playing the violin I have participated in the BSU Symphonic Orchestra, The Helena Symphony in Montana, and the Boise Philharmonic through an event with BSU.

I have played in the pit orchestra for several different musical theater productions at BSU, as well as in the community with Music Theater of Idaho, Spotlight Theater, and of course here in Kuna with the high school. Some people may have also seen or met me through the Come Together Kuna Christmas concerts held every year, which I also have played for.

 

Most recently, I was able to compete in the Western Open Fiddle Competition in Red Bluff, CA, and placed 4th in my age division and 3rd in twin fiddling!

 

I am dedicated to working with fellow teachers and students in order to build a strong strings program here in the Kuna School District.
